We went to the spa whilst staying at the hotel and really liked it. From reading the reviews we were warned it was very small so came down first thing in the morning to have it to ourselves for a while. the actual facilities were very pleasant, especially the unusual barrel-style hot tubs but the changing rooms were tiny meaning we ended up walking through a dining room full of people in our robes to get dressed in our room! The manicure was great too and 6 weeks later still perfectly intact but again a bit odd to have it done whilst sitting right next to a couple sharing their chocolate dipped strawberries.
Would certainly recommend if you're a guest but not one for a big group unless you can ask them to guarantee the whole place to yourselves.
I had been looking for a good deal on lash extension for some time. The description of the treatment appelled to me. It seemed professional, explicative giving you a choice of lash styles. The treatment being 2 hours (instead of 30min-1 hour in most cases) told me that this would be done properly and I gave it a go. Gosh, am I pleased I did! The place is wonderful and relaxing and the beautician was a little gem. Knowledgeable, kind and gentle, she did a fabulous job. I cannot recommend enough.

We were a little rushed on our way in- they got us to pick our treatments very quickly, but luckily we already knew what we wanted- a facial and massage. Both were fantastic- 3 years worth of back muscle knots were gotten rid of, and my skin felt clean and refreshed after the mini facial. Staff were friendly and explained the treatments throughout. The spa was very small and would have been cramped if several people were using it but we went mid week and so it was very quiet and relaxing! A great mid-week treat for two.

Beautiful luxurious spa with lovely staff and great treatments.
The facilities were mostly very clean but the changing room had got a bit out of control with an overflowing bin and laundry hamper. The changing room is also very small so it can prove tricky if someone else is changing at the same time. That said, it wouldn't put me off returning, the ambiance is very relaxing and the staff were professional and helpful and we left feeling refreshed.

I enjoyed my Gel manicure & pedicure, it was pretty standard but the staff were very friendly and it is a nice relaxing atmosphere.
