Professional and conscientious staff. Great looking lashes. Could be slightly gentler, but overall good. Value ok, although not cheap. Ambience good in terms of facilities, slightly cold space though as open area.

Cat is amazing. They are best lashes I have had, look so natural and the glue doesn't sting. Its a lovely environment please try!

The only issue was the area where the treatment took place, it was practically in the waiting area. I would have been much more comfortable if it was in a private room, not an area where everyone else was coming and going.
Other than that the end result was good.

Everything was amazing, this was a birthday present for my girlfriend and she loved every moment of it. It was all a surprise and her reaction was all worth it. I don't think she can ever go to a basic spa ever again now :)
