Excellent and efficient treatment, very professionally and carefully done. Actual spa was closed so treatment was done in an annex of rooms via a different entrance. Some confusion with staff on arrival as this arrangement was mutually unclear. Otherwise calm and relaxing!

The hotel is being refurbished so the treatment is in an apartment but still the same quality as in the main hotel previously. Over two weeks on and doing really well and lots of comments about my long lashes
