We had a lunch, spa and treatment package on the first weekend after reopening. The COVID measures in place were very reassuring, and although we couldn’t use the steam room and sauna we had a lovely day and the staff took great care of us.

Me and sister had the most relaxing spa experience on Monday , our lovely therapists were so lovely and professional , we both had a 30 minute massage and then a 30 minute detox wrap and it was wonderful, before this we used their beautiful jacuzzi

My facial was good. Ok no spa facilities due to COVID-19 which was a shame. The changing rooms were nicer this year with the extended area and great mirrors.

I was really impressed at how the spa managed to maintain the calm and relaxing atmosphere whilst making it clear that we were being kept safe and they were following Covid safety regulations. Everything was immaculately clean, the staff were great and the treatments were lovely. Sauna and steam room were closed but the rest was so lovely we didn’t mind
