Not the level of service one would expect from a 5 star hotel in Green Park. Litany of problems. My partner was made to get dressed and wait in the main lobby after using the hot tub and before his massage despite the fact I had an email confirming we could use the quiet area in the spa. Explained this to the receptionist twice but she insisted he had to wait in the lobby. Dirty towels were left in the hot tub area. Massage was unmemorable. Masseuse was breathing heavily throughout.

It was a shame not all facilities were open and I would of liked to of known before going as we would of waited a bit longer to use the voucher. However, the staff were amazing and our treatments couldn’t of been any better. We came out feeling so relaxed!

We arrived to a hostile receptionist who said we were late. We were not late for our treatments. We were permitted to use the spa facilities for an hour before this. We elected not to do this. We were not late. It took a while to feel relaxed after this stony welcome. Our therapists, however, were charming. The massages were pleasant and average. The facials were very good. We agreed on this. The changing room and showers are very cramped without any privacy whatsoever.

The lady was heavy breathing probably because of the mask, that make me very uncomfortable.
The massage was with no pressure at all. Just felt like she didn’t want to do it.
At least my fiancé had a good massage.
