We had a couples massage and it was quite average - it wasn't a bad massage but I've had much better at a local spa for half the price. Therapist did not check for injuries prior to treatment beginning.
I had booked a package with a glass of Prosecco whilst using the hot tub. But staff forgot about the Prosecco (even though they had it noted in the appointments book and I reminded them when we arrived), so, after reminding them again we had to have it in the bar after treatment.

The venue is lovely and the staff all very friendly. Facilities quite limited but hot tub was nice. The only issue we had was with the treatment. On explaining our options, the therapist explained that the body wrap was one of the most popular options, so on this recommendation we took that and a facial. The body wrap was not pleasant at all, felt like being buried alive! And it made the whole experience quite disappointing. Facial was good. Ideally treatment options should be explained ahead of day
