My experience from walking into the venue was excellent. The Receptionist was very welcoming and the therapists listened to our concerns and recommend treatments accordingly. They were very thorough and my therapist tacked my concern with puffiness leaving me looking like a new woman. The venue was clean and relaxing and would love to go back again. Thank you!

I am very spoilt when it comes to food spas eg I cherish the Scarlet in Cornwall and I realise London city hotels may have a smaller footprint but really the spa is tiny and I felt sorry for the people working there. Treatment was excellent but then the Fire alarm went off just at the end. Apparently this test is every Thursday and I wonder why no one warned us before - not what you want at a relaxing experience but especially if unprepared. People very nice -had apology and tea room lovely
