A wonderful stay at our favourite London hotel. As expected they had gone to great lengths to ensure we felt as safe as possible with their Covid-19 precautions and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From check in to check out every staff member we encountered was exceptional. This hotel and it’s staff deserve to survive these difficult times and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend our friends and family to come here.

My husband and I had a wonderful time here relaxing in the jacuzzi before getting our treatments. The ladies were attentive and did a fantastic job with the back/full body massages!
