We had such a lovely day at the Spa.. unfortunately due to COVID we could not use sauna or steam room, we was pre advised and this can't be helped. The treatment was great, had a full body massage and the therapist was very friendly and professional. Food was amazing afterwards, we enjoyed a 3 course lunch. Will be making another visit for sure ! :)

I think that in the therapy room was too dark when the beauty terapists make the face treatment. When they finished the treatment and I went to the changing room I found,when I looking in the mirror that she left the face mask on my face in few places.

Having to wear the mask whilst lying face down for a massage was very uncomfortable and claustrophobic. To then have a towel put over my face when I was then face up with the mask on was claustrophobic. The pressure wasn’t good at all and didn’t feel like we had a proper massage. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
