The spa was really busy! And our treatment was booked 10-11, we were last to be seen so didn’t start our treatments until 10:25, this ruined our plans for later in the day as we had exhibition tickets booked and had to re-arrange.
The treatment also came with Prosecco which we were not offered, and in the rush we forgot to ask.
The spa was clean and the treatment was good, it was just busy and rushed and not at all relaxing for us

Our day started with an hour in the spa where we could enjoy the jacuzzi, steam room or sauna. Although we shared the spa with another two girls, at no point did it feel crowded. After an hour in the spa we were collected for our treatment. My mum and I had a full body massage from Ria and Olivia and it was truly amazing! At every part of the treatment they made sure that we were comfortable and we left feeling truly pampered. They truly couldn't have done any more for us and we had a great day!
