A lovely few hours in a clean and relaxed environment. Only areas with a concern were the steam room which was much too hot and the changing rooms were too small as with four persons in there at one time two had no real area to get ready easily. But the staff were helpful and friendly and would recommend for a few hours of relaxation

We had a wonderful time at this venue. The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive and welcoming and our masseuses were absolutely brilliant- I couldn’t be more complimentary about the treatments we received. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable experience - their customer care is second to none. A really lovely venue too! We can’t wait to come back and visit again soon.

I had a great couples spa day. The hotel was very hygienic and ensured that the spa facilities were cleaned to a good standard before we used them. The only downside of the jacuzzi/ steam room/ sauna facilities was that the area is relatively small if you are in the area at the same time as other people.
The jacuzzi also had way too many chemicals in and made my eyes sting.
We got 2X30 minute treatments each. The body scrub was amazing, the massage was a bit weak if you like strong ones.
