I had an eyelash perm treatment. My therapist was lovely, she explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. The result was amazing, it looked like I had fake eyelashes on eventhough they were my natural lashes. All in all thumbs up!! defo recommend the place.
I came here a little while back now for a Lash Lift treatment with the MYscara. I had never had any eye treatments previously, so I was nervous beforehand as I wasn't entirely sure what was involved. However my therapist Rachael was really brilliant and explained each stage to me and let me know what she doing, so even though I had my eyes shut, I didn't have to be nervous at all. It wasn't painful or uncomfortable in any way and Rachael had a really gentle touch. The results are staggering - my lashes are a pretty decent length anyway, but with this they were absolutely massive and so defined! They reached to right under my eyebrows. They also lasted for ages and were easy to look after. Made getting ready in the morning quicker and everyone I bumped into noticed as they were so gorgeous! I would definitely recommend! They would be ideal before jet setting off on holiday. Venue is gorgeous as always.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. My therapist was particularly nice.
The lashlift treatment is slightly uncomfortable in that you have to keep your eyes closed for a while but the results were well worth it. I supplemented it with a lash tint, the result was nice and natural.
Overall a very pleasant experience.
I had a Lash Lift, the spa is lovely as soon as you enter it's a warm atmosphere and relaxing ambience. The Spa itself has plenty of refreshments, including bottles of water, fruit juice, nuts and fruit - all for free!
My therapist was professional and attentive. She talked me through the treatment the whole time and suggested which size I should go for based on my lifestyle and needs. I was extremely pleased with the overall result. I would definitely go back to Athenaeum Spa and hopefully try out other treatments as well, and Rebecca would be my chosen therapist.

The pamper day offer was exceptionally good value. Hot tub and steam room area is lovely and the massages were great. We were given a choice of treatments beyond what was specified in the deal. Nice changing rooms and toiletries. The only real downside is the lack of pool and small changing rooms - but if you're in a group of 2 or 3that's not an issue. Would definitely go back.
