Very small facilities and shouldn’t hold more than 2 people, when we was at the spa there was for people in total using the spa male and female.A accident happened a lady slipped on the steps and had a very nasty fall this was very unpleasant to see and ruined our relaxing treatment.we wouldn’t visit again and should be given a full refund.

The spa area is very clean with a super relaxing atmosphere, the therapists are lovely, very polite, attentive and really make you feel comfortable there. I had a facial and massage and my daughter had a facial and body scrub, all the treatments were excellent and although we live an hour away by train we will definitely book again. We had dinner after in the restaurant and the service and food were amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Super treat!
