A gem in central London ! Welcoming and professional staff make this spa a very nice treat. I booked a package which included a 3 course meal and the use of the spa plus 3 treatments excellent value and made our celebration that much better

We had a lovely experience in the Spa it's self, everyone was very welcoming, from the lady on reception to the professional Theropist. We then went to the Restaurant for our afternoon teas, when we arrived I asked the waitress what was included within our package, and she said everything, so was disappointed when only tea and scones arrive, I paid extra for the sandwiches, which was 4 small finger sandwiches and it cost £17, We felt like the staff couldn't be bothered with us in the Restaurant.
