The staff have excellent customer serivices, they are cheerful and interactive with the patrons, making them welcomed and valued. My friend and I really really enjoyed the service, it is not everywhere that you come across such exceptional VIP treatment. Well done to the restaurant staff and the spa ladies. Keep up the good work, I shall be definitely be returning and I will recommend your place without hesitation.

It was a lovely experience, however the jacuzzi was out of order so it meant after a while in sauna and steam room we had to just sit on chairs and wait for our treatment which ruined the experience. Treatments were lovely and staff were polite.

Amazing at The Athenaeum spa! The spa itself was clean and welcoming. The spa facilities were lovely and the drift away Swedish massage was absolutely amazing! Will definitely return. Everyone was so very friendly and lovely
