We were received by the person at the reception with a great friendly manner. We were checked on good intervals to see that we were comfortable. The change rooms were adequate for a party of four. Felt that the laundry from previous guests should have been removed. Had a young guest with a parent in the spa which was rather inappropriate while we were using the spa. The therapists were amazing and knowledgeable on the facial products. Thank you
