It was very clean when I got there, when I came out of my treatment there was dirty towels,hairs everywhere,dressing gowns slippers dumped. I don’t know where they came from in that short time, as up until our treatment we were the only people in there. Massage and therapists couldn’t fault. Prosecco was lovely too. We asked if we could use the steam sauna jacuzzi after treatment and was told No! We only got 2 hours and our voucher said 3 hours (allow up to 3 hours it says on the voucher.
