The spa experience was great, right from arrival, the doorman was really friendly and showed us to the spa. We were then welcomed by 2 lovely members of the spa team who made us feel really welcome and taken care of. The spa facilities are minimal, but they do so well with what they have, they do a great job of not over booking people in so there are not more than 4 using the facilities at one time I believe. Our massage therapists were so lovely and incredibly skilled at what they do.

The reconnect package was fantastic. The whole body massage was great and really got to those tight spots. The facial was very thorough and whole body scrub was very invigorating.

Changing rooms were small, laundry baskets were over flowed with used robes and slipper. Lovely jacuzzi, however they only gave our champagne to us which was part of our package when other couple arrived 20 minutes later and we saw them receive theirs first. Non the less, the spa experience was lovely. Couldn't fit more than 4 people in there without it being cramped.Massage was nice however masseuse had a stuffy nose and kept sniffling during the whole experience. Overall good outweighs the bad

Visited the spa for my sisters birthday, had a lovely day , the spa was amazing,the treatment was one of the best I have ever had ,and the staff were lovely especially Kayleigh .Overall a great birthday treat

Exceptionally good hidden gem. It is a very small facility but everything is immaculately clean. The care and welcoming of staff is exceptional and we first enjoyed a beautiful steam/sauna and jacuzzi area. Whilst in the jacuzzi we were presented with Prosecco and basically we were so relaxed we could barely walk to the treatment room.
Outstanding courtesy from technicians and a truly memorable morning of complete indulgence. It is priced so well we will be returning very soon.
