The spa was great, super friendly staff and good, clean facilities. The back massage, mud wrap and facial were so relaxing and it was amazing that the treatments were able to be so personalised to our skins needs. Being given Prosecco in the hot tub was fab too, thank you!

Pleasantly surprised by whole experience very relaxing, time went so quickly and enjoyed the treatment. Very unique in that it is small and private so you can really shut off and get in the zone as no distractions.

The reception was extremely rude upon arrival - instead of greeting us she asked abruptly ‘Can I help you?’ as if I was lost. When I gave my name, she told me ‘you’re late’ rudely. I was 10 minutes late as I went to the wrong location.
The therapy was ok, but my therapist was pretty weak in applying pressures during the massage so I came out of the treatment feeling as if I haven’t had one.
Service at the restaurant for the cream tea was ok, but could be improved.
