The spa package was great value for money, while still getting a five star treatment. We had the place mostly to ourselves which was great and the treatments were lovely - my skin felt incredible after the facial. Really nice staff, felt truly pampered. Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and attentive, however there were a few areas that need addressing.
The changing room was cramped with only one toilet and the floor was a wet and dirty from the showers and shoes coming in.
I was given a robe that had a hole in the side. I asked for another and it was replaced straight away but it also had a hole in it.
The facilities were very nice but quite small, and the glass of Prosecco was a lovely touch.
