Staff were very friendly, welcoming & professional, treatments were good, staff very knowledgeable, tailored massage/facial to suit skin type, Spa was lovely & clean we had the Spa to ourselves which felt very special and intimate. Everything provided, lovely fluffy robes & also after treatments, fluffy towels, hairdryers, & straighteners.
Lovely place to escape the madness of the City & de-stress.

Louise was fantastic and my daughter and I had an amazing day celebrating her 21st birthday. The cake they presented her was the cherry on the top. We will definitely be returning.

Even though we were told to arrive no earlier than 10AM as that was the spa opening time, after signing papers and getting changed we were 20 minutes into out allotted treatment time and therefore only able to do one out of the two treatments. Also despite it being a Wednesday morning the spa lounge was very busy and one man kept taking over the jacuzzi space and blasting sound from his phone. The people providing treatment were nice but we just the experience lacked in many aspects.
