Had such a lovely morning at The Athenaeum hotel and spa. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and thorough! The spa changing facilities are a tad snug so you wouldn’t want too many people in there at once but it was all very well organised and efficient. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff and very welcoming but would like to make few suggestions.
1. Questionnaire of which client would like to focus on.
2. Consultations on treatments in which the client wish to focus on before going into the room.
3. Noise cancelling rooms (heard rumbling noise and laughters as room were near the spa facilities).
Overall experience was ok, my guests had a great time in jacuzzi and sauna. Great customer service!
