The spa is lovely & you are treated very well by the staff. It was my birthday & they were exceptional even giving me a special birthday dessert. However my biggest concern about this place is the changing rooms. They are far too small given the number of people who frequent the place. There are 15 lockers but only two showers & one toilet in the whole spa area. There is no real space to get changed or have privacy to change because of how small it is. This is something they should look in to.

My friend and I enjoyed the jaccuzzi, hot steam room and the hot dry room. The back and shoulder massage was very effective and relaxing. I enjoyed face massage which left my skin soft and glowing. Therapists were very friendly and gave good advice about what products to use to keep our skin hydrated and glowing.
After the treatment, we enjoyed delicious scones, jam and cream with hot chocolate and tea. All the staff were very friendly.
