There was a bit of confusion with the booking, and we were accidentally booked onto the wrong date (very easy mistake to make!), but when we showed up and they realised their mistake they could not have been more lovely! We were allowed to use the spa facilities and given a free bottle of Prosecco and invited back for another date to have our full experience. The spa facilities are lovely and not overcrowded. Elona and Louise who did our treatments were brilliant!
