Great spa, good time out deal. All staff were extremely professional and pleasant. If I paid full price I would have been a bit disappointed with how full the spa was (given the actual spa area is very small). The changing rooms and locker space is also very small. The body wrap and facial were amazing!

I had a one hour massage. The therapist was clearly well trained and understood the process but the massage was way too gentle. I asked twice for more pressure but she seemed reluctant to apply anything other than a light stroke. A bit disappointing.

Staff were friendly, welcoming & accomodating. Treatments (facial & body wrap) were lovely and the ladies delivering them were very professional & knowledgeable. Spa was a bit of a let down though- very small space and did not live up to expectations.

Overall the visit was pleasant.
The spa is small with no relaxation room.
Mens changing rooms were very cramped. Only one shower which was dirty. The sink and/or toilet was leaking all over the toilet floor.
