Me and my Husband visited last week and absolutely loved everything about it. We had a short time in the spa area before our treatments. All ladies couldn’t do enough to ensure we were both comfortable, they were also super accommodating to me being pregnant! I would 100000% visit again, they’re all wonderful. Thank you!

We visited recently for our first anniversary and had the most wonderful time, the spa is so secluded and relaxing.
The staff are amazing, there was fizz ready for us when we arrived and our couples massage was perfect.

Spa was nice but was disappointed the therapist didn’t ask how I wanted the pressure of the massage. The website said the facial came with a head massage but the therapist didn’t give one which was also disappointing. It didn’t feel like a 5* experience.

We had to wait around 5 mins at the spa reception for someone to greet us with I’ve never experienced before and than all of a sudden 6 members of staff appeared from the back rooms.

Our initial attempts were to make the booking by telephone but calls were not answered. Eventually the booking was made online but this led to treatments being beforw the spa session when I would have preferred them at the end. More information up front would be much better. The treatment staff were very nice and very professional. Facilities were clean and of a good standard.
