The deep tissue massage and facial scrub were so incredibly relaxing. The amenities are very clean and well kept. My only comment, which I understand may be dificult in London, is to have a pool, as having an hour in the steam / jacuzzi was a bit much. Overall, great experience and will definitely come back.
