I didn't have a "Swedish massage", I had a facial and body wrap by Alyssa. It was so soothing, I dozed off.
Yasmine was an amazing and welcoming host.
I've enjoyed Afternoon Tea at numerous hotels in and around London but the scones we had for cream tea were by far and away the best I've ever had!!
I was treating my BFF to some spa-time to commemorate her milestone birthday. The exceptional birthday cake the spa provided was such a lovely touch...Thank you for that, too!

Lovely settings for the spa, perfect for some me time, couples and girly get together. Experience was great from the very start with the doorman who was so friendly, welcoming and helpful to the time relaxing in the spa, which was clean attractive and intimate - I loved the steam room - to the finish with our treatments which were an indulgent treat. Our therapist were so lovely as was the host Saffron. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend having a spa day here.
