I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I booked this appointment for my brother who has autism. He can find haircuts challenging and Florian was fantastic with him. My brother (and the rest of the family) are so pleased with his haircut, it’s exactly what he wanted. After years of having to prepare him for weeks to get a haircut, he has said he wants to go back to this salon without any prompting. Thank you for your excellent communication and attention to detail.
