Same issue as other customers. The technician was so rude, kept flipping my hand over and back really aggressively, she actually kept hitting it off the UV light - rolled her eyes at me 3 times for not having it in the position she wanted. She dry cut my cuticles and 3 of them are bleeding. I asked for almond and she did a horrible round shape. I couldn't be bothered complaining as i could not be around this rudeness for another second.
