Technician did not introduce herself. She was not in a talkative mood so the manicure was done in silence. Also appointment started at 4.25 and was complete by 4.55 (not the 45 minute experience i was hoping for!). Technician did not explain what each step was even though I said this was my first experience. Disappointed overall.
