Was looking to relax after being ill for a long time. The owner(?) told me off for not bringing my own flip-flops several times although nowhere on their booking page here does it mention that this is standard practice at their salon. Then she had the audacity to ask me, “ Have you never had a pedicure before?” Told me off for touching a nail to see if it was dry too like I’m a child. After 25 years of getting salon services, receiving this kind of condescending treatment was a first!
