I receive an excellent service every time I go for a haircut. The staff, especially Sophie, are really friendly and very professional. I will definitely go back as I really like the service from at sisters.

Horrific experience, it's been 4 days and I'm still in pain. I've had plenty of waxes over the years and this was by far the worst.
Beautician didn't offer any assistance and laughed when I was in pain, then continued without asking.
Skin has blistered and swollen, it was awful. Avoid.

Therapist was lovely, but I was walked in on three times (twice while changing, once during treatment) by different staff members which is unacceptable. The sound of hair dryers was quite loud in the treatment room which made relaxing difficult.
