Sophie really listened to what I wanted, I left loving the cut. I came with a bad hair cut and there was no judgement. She gave good advice and offered other services.
Did get a proper dirty look and big eye roll from another member of staff when I went to the wrong door though, I'm sure it's annoying it happens a lot but for people that haven't visited before it's not that obvious there is two entrances and it made me feel unwelcome :)

I was really nervous to get my hair cut as I hadn’t visited a hairdressers in years. I turned up with messy hair that I was unhappy with and no proper idea of what I wanted. Chloe was lovely, she listened me when I told her about the problems I was having with my hair and then suggested great options. She cut my hair extremely well and gave me a brilliant restyle that has made me love my hair again. The whole atmosphere of the salon felt very chill yet professional.

This is my go-to for nails/pedicure in NCL! Nice cozy atmosphere, and a private nook for pedis. Amy did a great job, my feet are still lovely and soft a week later.
