Ombre Hair
Overall colour at back was good, roots are awful. I only realised as I got home how blocky and untoned the front part of my balayage was. Isn’t going to grow out naturally as I asked. Shouldn’t have to specify subtlety with balayage - most hairdressers do this anyway. Really disappointed especially when paying balayage price.

My hairstylist gave me the wrong cut, I asked for a side bang that fades into transition layers around the face and instead got bulky uneven bangs and when she started cutting my bangs a large chunk of my hair fell onto my lap and cut hair continued to fall onto my lap I had small cuts of hair all over my shirt and pants.
