Went for 30 minute Swedish massage, and as always at AtOne, the therapist asked me about any problem areas and adjusted the massage as appropriate. Had a lovely relaxing massage and cannot wait to go again.

From making the phone call the day before my appointment, I knew that 'At one day spa' would be exactly the sort of spa I needed. The environment was chilled out and relaxing, the staff were friendly and flexible making every effort to meet my needs. I opted for a £55 wax package which I felt was an incredibly good deal. The soft (warm) wax was phenomenal and better than any warm wax treatment i've had in the past. Maria was my therapist - she was professional, experienced and incredibly confident which is what one needs when having so much waxing done. 10 out of 10 for at one day spa - i'm definatly coming back.
This was my second visit to this salon for a bacial. I wasn't sure whether the treatment would be as good as the first time, but I'm glad to say, it was. My visit was during a heatwave and this was taken into account during the treatment. Maria, the therapist was just great - knowledgable - explained every step and very good at her job. This will not be my last visit - that's for sure

Had a really lovely massage at At One Day Spa. I found the location to be really convenient and it was unexpectedly tucked away in the Great Western Arcade taking the floors above making it much more spacious than it appeared from the entrance! The Spa was very clean, beautifully decorated and I was able to get a massage late in the day- which often working late was a real bonus. My therapist recommended future treatments specific to back and shoulder pain that I was having and I will definitely return- not least because of the ease of booking, location and price. Not to mention the great massage!
