We were offered a drink whilst we waited in the calm, serene & peaceful waiting area which was conducive to the ambience & treatment about to receive. We both (wife & I) have stressful jobs and wanted/needed some 'me' time to help unwind. One Day Spa provided us with all of the things we expected and more......
The consultation was thorough to ensure the massage met my needs and addressed my aches and pains. The massage was wonderful, I felt totally relaxed and all of my areas of tension were worked on. A thorough and professional aftercare advice session was provided at the end of massage.

Great service, and great value, will defiantly be going back there, staff were great very friendly would have loved it to have lasted slightly longer though!!! Didn't take out any blackheads though as was described in the treatment :(
I had a very enjoyable time, the staff were lovely and i enjoyed my massage and pedicure and felt calm and relaxed after my visit. i will recommend this to all my friends and family and look forward

i booked my appointment and they were very flexible with dates ,times .the staff were very pleasant and the treatment (backcials ) was so relaxing i fell asleep and my back felt like velvet afterward overall very pleased with the treatment definitely worth the money
