Gemma is amazing! I’ve been going for over 4 years, she is so passionate and knowledgeable about her craft, and is always willing to take on a challenge. Bonnie and Gemma are so welcoming and this shows in the community that go to @gems, with many people visiting time and time again. I’m a hairdresser’s nightmare, who never knows what I want, but Gemma takes the time to explore my wants, and uses her skills to get it right every time!
