Staff was fairly friendly but not very smiley at all. Had the wax and was much more painful then my usual experience. Once it was over the back area was not done and had to request that separately. My skin has all been taken off all around the area and is in a lot of pain two days later. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were friendly when I entered, however I did have to wait around 15 minutes for my appointment to start. This was not a problem for me, however can imagine it would be for some. The manicurist was extremely careful and thorough, and after two weeks I have only had a very minor chip in one of my nails.

I had a Hollywood wax with Sophie. It was really good and she even adapted to my hot waxing requirements on the spot, though she didn't know I asked for hot wax. I would recommend for a quick, comfortable waxing experience.
