Really great job on bikini wax - but a little patchy on my leg wax. The lady who carried out my wax and manicure was the only member of staff in on this morning - so had to stop wax and manicure several times throughout treatment to answer the phone, greet customers, assign customers tanning beds. Because of the poor staffing, I felt the treatments were very rushed, and the leg waxing was particularly poor. The lady who carried out the treatment was very lovely though - felt quite sorry for her, as she was clearly doing the job of several people at once!
