Unfortunately due to a staff member calling in sick they were running late with appointments. They did not call to let me know, and despite two other members of staff milling around I was kept waiting for over 45 mins for my treatments. Also a member of the public who came in 20 mins after me had her nails done first. When my nails were done it was leaning on a treatment couch rather than on a table which was not very professional. The whole experience felt rushed.

Really good wax using the paddle rather than the wax rollers (which I find stents great for my dark coarse hair). Will def be going back as it’s on me of the best waxes I’ve had in a long time!
