My underarms were waxed by a new person at the salon and my skin got burnt from using wax too many times on the same spots. I absolutely do not blame her as I think she should have been supervised by someone with more experience, even though it was a busy day. She also did part of my legs and forgot some spots, then the work was finished by someone else who picked up her phone while waxing me and kept saying she was the best even though she too forgot a lot a spots and was not so nice to me (but she wasn't mean either, to be fair). It wasn't the worst experience of my life but I do feel like I paid a bit too much money for what I ended up getting.
