Ellie was fab and talked me through what my options were, as my nails were very short. I had paid for nail art but we decided it was best just to stick with the builder until they grew longer. I was really grateful that Ellie put this in my notes for next time to ensure I didn't lose my money on the nail art I didn't end up having!
