The salon looked lovely but I was disappointed with the quality of my gel nails. They were uneven in places and the technician scrubbed at my nails to fix the gel but grated my cuticles which was painful and made them bleed. I didn't like that she scraped away excess gel polish with her own nails or did them over a fluffy towel which my wet nails got stuck to. I was disappointed with the experience especially as I had paid upfront.

I asked for them not to be made too thin and were done just the way I like them.
