Lovely staff and easy to get into however the wax was a bit hot and I as a result had light burns on legs in about half a dozen places. If temp of wax can be checked I’d certainly award 5 stars

Slight delay due to staff being off sick, but they offered drinks and updates and the staff were very friendly. Great wax, which was quick and painless (or as much as can be expected for a brazilian) and excellent value for money.
