My classic set was very sparse. The tech didn’t really speak to me but invited her friend into the space and they spoke to each other. Another tech came in to add some lashes and it wasn’t explained to me why they swapped. At the end, I wasn’t given a mirror to see my lashes. The experience felt quite uncomfortable and unprofessional. I went to a different salon days later to have them removed and redone, so it was a waste of £50.
