I am a regular at this salon. Charlene is absolutely great, I always ask for her when I am booking a wax. Unfortunately my latest experience was not so great. Although I booked Charlene, I arrived and was allocated to someone else. She was a lovely girl but the wax was clumsy and at times quite rough. I had a leg wax and Hollywood. I arrived home and noticed I still have hair on my legs in patches, and my bikini area is very bruised and sore. A disappointing experience, especially when I specifically booked Charlene.
