Bad experience at this place, I booked in for £50 lashes and was given a trainee and still charged full priced even tho the trainee had been doing lashes for £25. I did not know she was a trainee and spent nearly 2 hours having my lashes done and they looked awful. I came back to complain and asked for them to be taken off, I had to come for a second time for infill to make them better, the girl said they was mess so would need to take them off and new set. How ever I would have to book for a third time! I come in and I receive no apologies from the manager just that they will do they best they can in the time they were willing to give me and still tried charging me again! The new lash lady explained because of my lash lift that went wrong ( which I had down there over 2 months and still look terrible) it was a bit harder but she did give me decent enough lashes. £50 is way over priced for the service I receive, I was poked in the eye with tweezers and had a lash stuck to my actual eye lid. Even the take off was poor, with the girl actually pulling to hard on my lashes. Will never return worst customer service and professionalism I have ever seen in a salon.
