A mixed experience. On arrival they were running late - I was told by 5 mins, was actually 15, but I didn't mind waiting. The massage itself was very good and really relaxing, with just a couple of issues. After turning onto my front, she did my right leg, right foot, left foot, and then moved onto my arms, missing out my left leg completely. I didn't say anything as it would have spoilt the flow. About 3/4 through the music cut out abruptly. Throughout I had been able to hear talking outside, but by this point it was all I could hear: really noisy laughing & chatting by the staff. The massage therapist left for 5 mins to fix the music but it spoilt the mood. The thing that ruined it for me was afterwards as I was sitting up, I noticed some cut black hair on my tummy that definitely wasn't mine. After standing (barefoot) I noticed quite a lot of the same hair on the floor around the table, with other bits of rubbish strewn about. I'm assuming the hair on me came off the blankets, which I now assume are reused for all clients. While the massage itself was good (if not incomplete) the cleanliness and ambience were terrible and not conducive to relaxing. I wouldn't have another massage here.
