I've been here a few times and the ladies are lovely and there is a great atmosphere, I will continue to get my waxing done here. However, on this particular occasion I went with a couple of friends and although I had booked first because of needing to get to a seminar, my friend got seen to before me and when we raised the issue I was told that another lady would see me at the same, but this did not happen. I was seen to quickly after my friend and it was good, but perhaps some miscommunication

The staff were super lovely and welcoming, throughout my treatments they were very professional and careful. The salon is quite loud so maybe the music could have been a bit louder in order to fully relax for the massage. The facial was very good but could have been warmer water to wash off the products.
